On the morning of 10/26/23, I showed up at this facility for 9am delivery. At the Guard check, lady was a bit rude and authoritative. When check in was completed, I asked kindly why she was like that and the she answered, “ i thought you didn’t speak English”. I suggested that her assumption was wrong and that it’s not good to assume about other people. I really don’t wanna go on about all the exchanges we had but I couldn’t believe the hostility here. When I went in to to get a door, a guy came out angry about which bells to ring and what not. I will deliver again as I’m professional they are not wasting time to unload which is all the most important but, we need to be kind and understanding to each other!

My ex wife worked for this company before she committed suicide from the pressure placed on her by the management staff. For 3 months I have been trying to get them to release her 401K and Life Insurance since our daughter is sole beneficiary of these 2 accounts. How long does it take for HR to inform the 401k and life insurance companies that my ex wife has passed away. This is very frustrating, as they don’t seem to care about the employee or the family of the employee. They drag their feet as to not pay hoping that I will go away. Im also suing them for wrongful death and pain and suffering c/o my daughter. Then im going to the local news agencies with this problem. I’m not going anywhere until this problem has been resolved!

Very fast unload. Be careful they are strict about pets. Gave me a hard time since I travel with a emotional support dog. They could not deny me.
