A rooster was dumped off on the dirt road near us and "Frosty" chose our yard as refuge. Unable to provide him a safe home for the upcoming winter, we found Wild Whiskers Wildlife Rescue in Kalamazoo!! Kayla and her team of volunteers are amazing!! Not all Super Heroes Wear Capes!! They were able to safely get Frosty into a cage for transport to his new forever home with birds of his feather!! A fabulous rescue and well worth your consideration for a donation to save more "Frosty 's" out there!!! Thank You Wild Whiskers Wildlife Rescue in Kalamazoo!!!!

We have received two reptiles through this organization. They were both well cared for and in fantastic condition. The coordinator, Kayla, was reasonable and thorough when vetting us as an adoptive family. She has been a wealth of information post adoption as well. She has been very quick to answer any questions we did have even a year and some change since adopting our first reptile baby from this organization. Could not recommend more!

I have adopted multiple critters from wild whiskers!!! I have toured the house checking out animals and reptiles. She works very hard and takes amazing care of all critters that get sent her way! Attached are some snakes taking there baths!

These people are angels on earth. I called regarding an injured mama cat and her kitties and from first trap set to having them all were 5 hrs. I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone.fast friendly and very professional 😊😊

Wild Whiskers is an amazing organization that cares so deeply about any creature; tiny or large. They are very knowledgeable about many species and make videos to educate others. They are wonderful about helping, finding help, or making suggestions! They take pride in caring for their rescues and do such an amazing job! Highly recommend them!

I've only had one interaction with Wild Whiskers but what a lasting impression. I saw a turtle get hit by a car and stopped to check him over. He had a damaged shell but overall seemed in fair condition but I knew the only way to know for sure was get him in to be checked out. I reached out to a few different local facilities before finally getting in touch with Wild Whiskers. They were super accommodating with a very tight schedule of being able to get him into their care. They rehabbed the little one and I was able to return him to the wild in a few weeks. I've recommended several people to reach out with both reptile and amphibian questions and have heard very good reviews from their interactions as well. All in all I don't think I'd go any where they didn't recommend. Thank you guys again and I hope you enjoyed the release video as much as we did.
