I have taken my beloved cat to a few different vets. I kept looking after each visit because I felt that the vets I was taking my cat to didn't really care. I had the complete opposite experience at Pure Paws. From the minute I got there for her first visit they were very kind and caring towards her. They are genuine in their love for animals, I really never have been to a vet that was so thoughtful. My cat ended up having to have pretty major dental surgery, they are very transparent on what the procedure would be like and costs. They even called me multiple times the days after to make sure she was healing properly. Also they are not at all pushy on tests etc. They are clear on what is necessary and what is optional.

My dog has gone to Pure Paws for four years now since her very first puppy exam. The team has always been very friendly and my dog rushes into the building which is always a good sign. This last visit there was some miscommunication about billing, which was upsetting but the team acted so quickly to straighten things out. I feel really lucky to have such a kind and caring vet accessible to me in my own neighborhood. I’m a first time pet owner and have been thrust into a lot over the past month with one of my young cats suddenly requiring several hospitalizations and going into heart failure and losing him very quickly to it, and sorting through what that means for his biological brother. I couldn’t ask for anybody better to work with than Dr. Liff. She’s been so understanding, kind, patient, and available to answer my million questions. I’ve been able to schedule all the tests I need to and the vet techs have been really good with cat handling, and appointments have been efficient and easy to schedule.

Dr. Stephanie Liff put my Boxer baby Samson Daniel Hill down in January 2020, and OMGGGoodness, the outpouring of love that was shown to our family, left such an impact on us, more so, on me. I never planned on getting another dog because the pain was so great. Well, three years later, here we go with Oreo Cujo Hill. I told my husband that Oreo ( our Shih Tzu/Maltese mix,) must be seen only with Dr. Liff.

I love this place. The staff and doctors are wonderful. I have been going there to see Dr. Liff since 2015 if not earlier. She is great with animals, super friendly, warm and very knowledgable. When my puppy was sick she really made sure to help my puppy and she added 5 more years to my puppy's life. For that I will forever be grateful. After all of my pets pasted I came back in 2024 and saw Dr, Slome for a kitten I am fostering. She was very informative and made me feel very comfortable with her. I am glad to know that both doctors care very much. I would not go any where else if one of my fur babies are sick.
