Many thanks to Dr. Barrett and the wonderful staff for cropping and posting our Doberman pup’s ears. As all pups vary, we finished posting after 5 1/2 weeks of Rambo’s surgery. They were professional and helped us every step of the way including cleaning and re-posting his ears every 3 days. We are very happy with the results.

Dr. B is thorough and empathetic. She referred us to UC Davis and remained involved in every step of the way. We had bounced around a couple of vets and now that we have found her, M is not scared anymore. They listen intelligently. Highly recommend this pets care clinic.

Dr. Barnett is a good vet however I don’t like feeling like I’m at a “how to sell someone “ convention. Additionally I found the way she speaks to her staff was very unprofessional and condescending. I found the office and rooms were unsanitary, appointment for a dog ear infection was like 4 hours long, heavily priced, won’t be back!

I read the reviews complaining about Watt Ave, so I wanted to leave an HONEST review. This is a BUSY office! Sometimes the wait, even with an appointment, is longer than most corporate offices. But they ALWAYS fit my pet emergency in. I am NEVER asked to go to an emergency vet during office hours like I was when I used VCA. I pay more than I did at VCA, but Dr. Barrett is the one that SAVED us over $5,000 when our puppy fractured her shoulder. (Loomis Basin VCA wanted to ampute, idiots) What I'm getting at is this, everything comes down to perspective... and for my furbabies, I want Dr. Barrett and her vast knowledge and experience taking care of them.

We have been coming here for almost 10 years. We love Dr. Barret and Katie at the front desk is an angel. Sometimes the wait is longer than we'd like, but we trust Dr. Barrett with our fur babies and that's what matters most! Dr Barrett knows her stuff!

This place is way overpriced. They charged me $701 for a bloodwork a diagnosis and two medication then they gave me the invoice that said $1447-$1575 After trying to prescribe medication that wasn’t needed for $100 more that I asked them to take off and the doctor got mad the headache and take the dog to summer hill vet in antelope or the sack vet pet hospital off of watt These people do not care about your pockets, And are way way overpriced
