I love to check out the pet stores, not only for my dog and fish. I like to see they have new items or any cute animals or beautiful fish in there. This PetSmart in Delta Shores Shopping Center is one of the stores I like to visit. The store is pretty big and they usually have many cute animals. I love to see they're playing inside their cage. I try not to bring them home! Lol The employees here are always friendly, especially at the fish department.

Octavia in grooming department did an excellent job with my Yogi. She was accommodating even though I was running a little late. His nails are cut perfectly, he’s fluffy and clean, and smells amazing! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you (ruff ruff) 🐶💙

They did a horrible job on my Leo, his nails were supposed to be grinder and they only did the back paws. They left his private area ungroomed and they left straggly hair on his face. He does extremely well when he gets groomed so none of this should have been left un done especially after 4 hours. I'll definitely never return to this location. I'll go back to Natomas, it's farther away but I get better service.

Jenni does not do a good job grooming at all. I paid for a Basic Bath & Brush and she didn't even give my dog the Nail Trim, Paw and Pad trim, and Sanitairy Trim. Why would I pay full price for only Half the service that was done?!?!

Grooming took around 2.5 hours, and she came out looking great, as always! All the staff was nice and friendly and the store was very clean.

Really impressed when I picked up my girl! Natalie did a fantastic job and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my Golden Retriever's results upon arrival. She looked beautiful and her coat was so soft. Thank you, Natalie!
