FANTASTIC Emergency facility!! 🌟🌟🌟POST-SURGERY UPDATE!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟 The absolutely AMAZING Dr. Astor did a stellar job with a complex double-hip surgery on my little guy (who was down to not even 9lbs!!) and it succeeded PERFECTLY!!!! 6 weeks later, little Venkie is ready to run and jump again just as he used to prior to the accident, we're both EXTATIC!!! Dr. Astor recommended to keep Venkie another 2 weeks in his corral just to be on the safe side, but he's HEALED!!! HUGE THANKS to the FANTASTIC Dr. Astor (whose reputation as a genius surgeon is so totally deserved!!!) and his excellent surgery team as well -- they're all also so readily available via telephone and email 24/7, a huge plus -- we're SOOO GRATEFUL!!! We recommend PASE 1000%!!!!! I came in with my little darling cat about to pass due to being run over by a car, and the amazing Dr. Walstenholme literally SAVED HIS LIFE!!! I'm sooo grateful!! Dr. Zager also did an excellent job getting him out of critical condition and ready for hip surgery, SO thankful for both doctors' level of expertise, professionalism AND kind and personal care!!! The nurses are also all amazing, starting with Mariah who greeted me with a comforting smile as I stormed in with my baby in coma, and then Bri, Allison, Colleen, Michelle, Cyndi, Miyah, Miriam, Andrea, Erin and Miles, all are doing a fantastic job performing regular checkups throughout the day, and everyone is treating him so kindly and affectionately, it's SUCH comfort, they're all really nursing my precious baby back to health with state-of-the-art technology!! The welcoming staff, starting with Marcus when I rushed in who greeted me totally calmly and efficiently, then Alisa, Satana, Becca, Destiny, Sandy, and Shawna, and overnight, Mia, Ray, Gianna and Alexandria -- huge KUDOS to all of them for their great service, they go out of their way to help you. They also have a great liaison person between the hospital staff and the clients, Mica, who's doing an awesome job at keeping both the client and the patient feeling good, she sends me pictures of my baby every morning with a nice note and emoticon too!!! PennVet move over, PASE is THE place to go get your pet treated in emergency, they're the most efficient, equipped with the latest technology, and so personable too, it's less crowded and squeaky clean, and everyone here is ADORABLE, which is a HUGE plus for pet owners and pet babies alike!!!! THANK YOU PASE, THANK YOU DR. WALSTENHOLME AND DR. ZAGER AND EVERYONE FOR SAVING MY PRECIOUS BABY'S LIFE -- FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤️ 🙏

Dr. Kerns was very professional & took his time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful with getting my fur baby settled in the room. This is a great place to take your pets. We had a wonderful experience & would 10/10 recommend.

Sadly we lost our best friend Edward on Wednesday night. He was likely already gone when we arrived at PASE, but they did their best to try to help him. The staff was very calm and compassionate but also helped us to focus on our options for resuscitation and after life care- which was vital as I was in hysterics and Edwards passing was sudden. I believe it was Becca who helped us on the phone and at the desk, and Dr Johnson who tried to help him. Thank you for your help during this difficult time. We miss Edward so much.

I brought my Pomeranian Justin for an emergency surgery and I am so impressed with how kind, caring, professional, and thorough all of the staff was. I am so thankful to have worked with Dr. Samuels and Kristin! They made my brother and I feel so comfortable. Jermaine went over all the discharge instructions and was so kind and thorough as well. I really appreciate everyone at PASE and how good they treated Justin during his stay there! They went above and beyond!

Our dog had a split toe nail and was bleeding despite pressure at home. Overall, we were there for 2.5h for a non-critical issue past 7pm, which I think is pretty good! The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Our tech and doctor were very helpful in explaining what was going on and what our options for treatment were. The current standard exam fee is $220 plus whatever treatment, meds, supplies are needed. We spent about $490 for our visit (cleaning wound, bandage, antibiotics). The printed discharge instructions were very clear. The bathroom was clean, and I was thankful for the water fountains and coffee station. There is a parking lot if you need it. Overall, I was very thankful, and I think the system as a whole operated quite well.

I really like this place. My cat is very sick and they’ve provided impeccable care, and they’ve been available and enthusiastic about answering my questions when I frantically call and email them at all hours of the day and night. Obviously this kind of care is going to be pricy but this is a reality across the board for emergency vet services. They made it worth it and I feel like they’re rooting for my cat as much as I am. Just so people are aware they do require a deposit for services, but a few different credit options are offered. Also super glad they added parking options!!
