Today was my first experience here, and it definitely won't be the last. I brought my Service Animal in here, suffering from anxiety after being shot by 2 9mm rounds while in Kentucky and had acupuncture today. From the time we walked in, till the second we left, it felt welcoming and very helpful. You can tell the women here have HUGE caring hearts and want your fur babies to feel better. If you live in Winter Haven and are looking for an absolutely AMAZING place for your fur babies, then LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is where you should be bringing your loved ones. Can't wait until the next acupuncture treatment. Thank you, everyone, for making my Princess Remi feel better.

If I could leave a 0 I would. 😔 Hurricane Helene has impacted so many peoples lives and my appointment was the day after the hurricane. They sent out emails saying they would be closed and did not reach out after that. I had to pay $140 !! UPFRONT ! they couldn’t even reschedule me or return my money for a double dog appointment. EVEN DURING A HURRICANE. this is just so sad, where has understanding and compassion gone in this world??? Edit: they sent emails out and said they would continue to send information. They did not offer to help or to work things out as they replied. wow, I’m truly disappointed.

Paw Haven has been wonderful to work with as a local clinic to us. If we are ever in need of supplies, testing or even sending clients there that we cannot accommodate, they are always willing to help out! Dr. Orange has helped our doctors with cases numerous time! We appreciate all of you at Paw Haven! They are truly an asset to our community and we are forever grateful. 🐾

When we first started going to paw haven we did not have the best experience due to some vaccination mix up. However, we kept going and allowed them to redeem themselves. And I’m glad we did! They have done a great job this far with our pets. Our family has a total of 11 dogs so we come with a lot. Dr. Orange saved one of our dogs from a sick blockage that was difficult to remove. She made a 100% recovery with zero issues! Dr. Sutton is pretty good too we haven’t seen him a lot but the times we have he has been very through and eager to help. The techs are great. We LOVE Faith! (And so do our dogs). Thank you for all you do!

First-class service! We were from out of town on vacation when our baby got an ear infection suddenly. We called around, and many other vets wouldn't see us because we were not regular clients. I called Paw Haven Animal Hospital; they were kind and understanding. They got us in right away on the same day. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and Dr. Orange and Cynthia were personable and ensured we understood every step of the process. The prices were affordable, and we were in and out quickly. If we weren't from out of town and were looking for a vet, we would definitely have established ourselves with the practice. Thank you for all you do and for making this anxious dog momma feel better.
