I came yesterday with my family to put my sweet boy tank down. The staff was very nice, patient, and understanding. They walked us through everything, let us know exactly what was happening as it was happening, and even let us stamp his paw print. When the kit I brought didn’t work they took it into their own hands and got me a paw print, nose print and some fur clippings. They are amazing!

I took our beloved Thor to the Emergency vet. From the time I walked in, to the exam room, to the Veterinarian to each and everyone who works there, you are simply amazing. You all have shown compassion and sympathy towards my family and I during this difficult time. Thank you for the sympathy cards. Something that small can go a long way for someone. I greatly appreciate the thoughts and prayers.

My coco had a horrific time at her normal vet. I only wish I brought her to you guys sooner, I probably wouldn't have had to bring her in to say goodbye. You all were so passionate and caring. She was stinky from the infection the old vet caused and you guys never once made me feel bad, even though I felt awful. She got that way over a period of 2 weeks. My heart was broken. I laid on that floor of yours and cried and screamed my heart out. I don't even remember the man's name who came to let her rest, but everyone was so loving and caring. I had an oncologist appointment for her on Monday October 21st with you guys. But she didn't make it. We had to bring her to you guys to let her go early. I can't thank you all enough for for being so passionate and understanding. This has been the hardest journey of my life losing my soul dog. She is my best friend and I truly feel empty without her. You have the best team and I will be coming back when I decide to take on more animals. I have family dogs but Coco was "mine". My soul dog.

Very disappointed in this place and I do not recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone!! I gifted my neighbor a 5 month old beautiful golden retriever puppy on Saturday 11/16/2024. I administered the Canine Spectra 6 vaccine that same morning to protect it from parvo. The dog started acting up as a side effect from the shot and my neighbor took it to get checked as a precaution, they immediately tested the dog for Parvo and he tested positive. They told my neighbor that the dog had a very bad virus (parvo) and quoted her alot of money beyond what she could afford, scared her wearing masks, shoe masks and would not let her leave the room and could not guarante the dog would survive. They gave my neighbor no choice than to sign the puppy over to them… when I found out about it I immediately called the vet and told them that they MISDIAGNOSED the puppy!!! The only reason that the puppy tested positive was because i had administered the vaccine that same morning and it’s totally normal for a dog to test positive for Parvo after getting the vaccine!! My neighbor also told them he had the Parvo shot that same morning!! These people should be professionals and should have known this was normal to test positive!! I have tried numerous times to call and get the dog back because there is nothing wrong with it!! All they wanted was money and now they wont give us any information on it to at least tell us if he was out down or something! This is very sad if they actually put it down without actually being sick with parvovirus. It was there mistake and they wouldn’t own up to it nor give us a call… Do Not Take Your Pets there because you can risk the same thing and get a misdiagnosis… Plain out wrong!
