Great place. Took my dog randomly Monday afternoon and they made time to get him groomed, it did take longer than expected because he didn’t have an appointment and he had a lot of fur but they did an amazing job. Not only did my puppy come back nice and clean but he was happy too!

Love the kindness and compassion towards our pup. Always welcoming and dog comes and goes without any issues. Tyson is well know for being the big baby there.

Personal experience with this place for boarding our dog. At drop off I already was not pleased and not at ease leaving them there but had a tripped already paid and booked could not cancel and had no choice at this point. Trust me i thought long and hard doing so. The place once you enter smell horrible give very barn like feeling and not kennel. They have a DIY squared box like area made of plywood for different size dogs. The gates are not even Kennel approved gates that hold up dogs can charge right thru them. The area where they held my Dog who is small had rusted cages and smell horrible in that room.. all the dogs in there looked so sad… the girl at the front desk whom i believe might be the owner’s daughter is not very warm and professional via in person or on that phone no business etiquette.. they have little children and dogs running around. it’s obvious i will never be returning to this place do to my poor experience.

The folks here are amazing! Our Murphy absolutely loves each person here. We’ve used them for every service they offer and can’t say enough good things about them. This daycare has been a God-send in allowing Murphy to get all that Goldendoodle energy spent and return to us a happy, well-behaved(ish) pup. Thank you Ruff and Fluff!

I planed this boarding with a month ahead, also visited the facilities to see where they keep the dogs. Their staff is friendly but they have kids that are not prepared on how to deal with afraid dogs or difficult dogs. I have two females dogs Bella & Rosie. Rosie is a sweetheart but Bella was her first boarding. I dropped both dogs at 7:30am I told them that was Bella first time that they need patience and they told me she will be fine and they will handle. On my way home they called me to tell me to pick up Bella because she does not have strong cage for her and that she bite one of the staff. Bella has never bite anyone, she was just nervous because they have like 50 dogs around in a-small place with only two persons running the place so I had to move my flight to NY and pick up both dogs because they can not handle Bella. Just saying how come you do not have profesional people or enough people if you have such an amounts of dogs barking all over the place. Want to add that the same lady who told me that bella bite was the one who was walking her around. This place is awful for dogs!!! Bella the furious Dog that they can not handle
