Every case is different. But what I know of CPS/Foster care is horrid!!! But, the center is a place for supervised visits that tries hard to make the visit a good one between parent & child. The place is upbeat, colorful, kid friendly hoping to ease stress, anxiety and even fears for the children and parents, too.

Ennis Center would be the last place I would ever donate to , or recommend for adoption , foster care , or anything involving children or families. They ruin families. My children, were wrongfully removed from my home with a rubber stamped removal and in the care of Ennis Center foster parents in 2012 (who Ennis Center said was one of their star foster families). In just a few short weeks my children were starved / and not fed dinner when they refused to pray the way the foster family dictated, were bathed by the foster dad (even though they were capable and old enough to bathe themselves) and other horrific practices. We dealt with the Flint location and I can barely drive by their building in Flint without vomiting , when I think of the damage they did to my children and my family. Not to mention the horrific and inhumane way I saw them speak to other parents when I was in their waiting room. My three daughters are waiting to write a book about their experiences when they turn 18. Nobody should be donating to such an evil place. It's a facade and the owner (and namesake) is fake and has entire communities fooled. When I asked for my children's files they were suddenly lost to never be found again. Thankfully, I had a lawyer, observant children and I documented everything so that our time dealing with them was short. Other parents beware....this place is pure evil.

My opinion ! They are not there to help reunite families! They just there to collect taxpayers dollars and try to terminate rights as a parent! Doesn’t even help or want other family members to try and get the CHILD out of the SYSTEM!!!!

They do not want to reunify children with parents. They are also neglectful to children in there care.
