Every employee has been amazing … They are rockstars! I took my dog there a couple of years ago when they had a sliding fee schedule. They now have set fees which is more than fair. Their costs are very reasonable vs the place I used to take my animals. I won’t name them but AAA charged me $42 and my now ex vet charged me $187 and didn’t even give the correct diagnosis. My dog suffered and it wasn’t until I researched her symptoms did I figure out she was misdiagnosed.
Best vet service I’ve ever been two. They have spayed and neutered 9 animals for me and they do all of their shots. The vets and techs are kind and compassionate. The price is amazing. They are a true asset to the community.
I can not say enough positive things about All About Animals. My dog required an emergency pyrometra surgery that an emergency vet office quoted me 7000 dollars to complete. As a full time college student with two jobs, that was not plausible for myself and they were unwilling to operate without a minimum of 5000 down. Distraught, I contacted AAA with my situation and they jumped in immediately to help. They got my dog in for emergency surgery as soon as I arrived and I was able to take her home same day to make a full recovery. The surgery cost was less than 500 dollars including all supportive care (antibiotics, protective cone, pain killers, etc), almost 300 dollars less than it was for the previously mentioned vet's to do blood work, provide fluids, and antibiotics. Additionally, AAA staff was consistently supportive and accommodating. I felt like they treated my dog as if she was their own. They did fantastic with keeping me updated on her progress and answering any questions that I had about recovery care and even offering to see her on an immediate basis if her status declined. We've returned to All About Animals for various other reasons after the fact and they've continued to maintain the same quality of care while being highly affordable. Thank you All About Animals for all the work you do not only for the community, but our beloved pets
They are exactly what they claim to be. Cheap, efficient, and TNR friendly. I have had several pet cats neutered/spayed here, I have participated in their TNR program, and also had a male dog neutered. None of them had any complications. My best friend had 2 kittens fixed through here. Both did develop slight infections, but I took them in since she works & couldn’t make it. They were very friendly with me and patient with me while I had to keep my friend updated on what they were saying/asking permission to do. Both cats got medicine & were fine. It’s been months & they are perfectly happy and healthy. Keep in mind this is not a “normal” vet. When you get there you will drop your cat off in a room, or a tech will come grab your dog from you. This is not a very personable experience. However, every single tech I have interacted with appears to really care and love the animals. They are very understaffed, which can lead to burn out & frustration. Just be patient. If you cannot understand all of the above and want a vet who is more involved with you, the care & developing a bond, you need to go to a traditional vet. If all you want is your pet fixed or a community cat TNR’d, this is the place for you. Accidents happen. Complications happen. Those could happen at any vet. If your animal suddenly acts different-do not sit there and do nothing. Go see this vet in person, call them until they answer, or call a different vet.
My perfectly healthy cat got spayed for $40 on Thursday but then became unable to pee and developed an infection by Friday night. Saturday they opened and would not answer the phone. I left message and emailed... They day on the discharge papers to contact in case of complications, but they don't answer. You have to go up there directly to be seen at all. So my neighbor took my cat up there and they told her she was in the waiting cue but they forgot about her, despite her checking twice to see if she was on the list, and she waited for 3 hours, they were about to close and she was like ummm I still haven't been seen. They were apologetic and brought her back and gave my cat IV fluids and sent her home with pain meds saying that pain is causing her to not want to urinate and have antibiotics as she does have noticable swelling/infection at incision site. They did not do any blood work to diagnose her symptoms and I do not think they waited to make sure she urinated either. I'm going to continue to keep an eye on her. If things get any worse, I will probably go to a regular vet, even though I can't afford it, for a second opinion. At least get some bloodwork. But hopefully the antibiotics will fix things 😢 she is my baby. She is at least in good spirits, she's cuddly and purring. At least they didn't charge me for the extra visit. But I'm still not sure if she's been able to go pee and I have to keep watching her.
Thank you for helping our Abby girl. Her paw is doing so much better in just a couple short hrs. Everyone was wonderful and very professional . From checking in to the amazing vet and tech helping our Abby girl. Checking out was a breeze. The lady checking us out was very friendly and professional as well. It was busy but that is to be expected, they are a walk in Veterinary office.
