I highly recommend Gladys Pet Hospital. Great honest care and open Sundays as well. Staff is friendly and the clinic is very accommodating. Our family will not go anywhere else. Best Pet clinic in Abbotsford.

They are great. My dog is always so well taken care of. My family is treated with kindness and they are very flexible and accommodating. We love them. !

It is a vet that can take your pet in almost right away and 7 days a week. But I think the care quality needs to be improved. We had quick visits but our poor pet suffered and continues to suffer through this vets care. I think if you value your pets comfort and health, I would find a better place.

The best bet experience I’ve ever had. The Doctors and Vet Techs are so kind and compassionate and I always feel like my furry children get the best care.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT recommend going to this clinic. I specifically asked 3 or 4 times to call and message me not my sister and they messaged my sister. The staff CAN NOT FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTIONS! I also called in today for an emergency with my cat and asked if I could bring him in today, and the front desk lady said she only had an appointment at 4:30. I told her that I couldn’t come then and asked if she could check if they have availability tomorrow. I was then put on hold for what felt like 6 or seven minutes possibly more, and another lady responded and said the doctor said your not welcomed at this clinic anymore and that I need to find a new clinic. Because of accusations I made? Which I assume was when called in and asked about my dogs spay, because the incision had opened up and I asked if they had put sutures she said they put glue, they didn’t even seem to care. I was put on the phone with the vet tech and she would even let me speak she kept TALKING over me, and wouldn’t even give me a chance to speak and then she CUT THE CALL on me after I had a chance to speak. I called again and the the front lady said “it was my fault” after I told her she cut the call and that she wouldn’t let me speak. I had a talk with the doctor and I told him that the incision probably opened because it was glued not sutured. My cat was having an emergency and when I told her she said there’s other veterinary clinic I could go to??? Instead of asking about my cat or even saying you could go to this clinic or this clinic instead she was so rude about it. I then asked to transfer the files and after she said she would she cut the call right away! I would definitely recommend going to Clayburn Animal Hospital instead. Also, before my dog got spayed she was pregnant and she had to have an emergency c section the puppies didn’t end up making it. The doctor and staff SHOWED NO SYMPATHY WHAT SO EVER! I was also told the doctor would cover her spay but I still had to pay. I am so so so glad that I no longer go to this veterinary clinic anymore. They show no sympathy. They also show no care for their clients!

Lost my sweet kitty due to what I feel was lack of medical care and overcharging. My cat ingested something we suspect was poisonous and they only gave her calming medicine and later I found out by a friend who has veterinarian experience that they should have given her charcoal as well to absorb the toxic substance in her tummy. Over charging for almost nothing in return, the examination fee is the most expensive part and I knew the same thing as the dr. They also don’t give detailed invoices. Make sure you ask what all the charges are for. Prices were good at one point. But now it feels more money driven, where is the compassion anymore!? These animals are people’s family members. I used to support this business but after you charged so much and did so little and my baby girl suffered and died I can’t forgive this company. This place has effected me financially and mentally. It’s been the toughest thing without my kitty. I miss her everyday and feel absolutely awful, she suffered and perhaps could have survived if she had a supply of charcoal. Cost me hundreds and then they wanted 1,200 plus to keep her there and do tests. She fought hard and lasted quite a few days but I think the charcoal would’ve helped her. ❤️‍🩹 I lost my best friend and beyond devastated . I truly wish I had more money to have tried everything possible and went to a different vet. I would’ve paid more for the charcoal and any stronger meds that we’d be able to take home for her. We wanted her to be safe and comfortable at home. The Vet Technicians have always been friendly and have no complaints that way. Just really wish the dr would have fought a little harder for her to live like she did. I trusted the clinic that they would know best. I didn’t know the options of treatments and meds that could have helped till after talking to my friend who is also a Our sweet girl will be missed ❤️‍🩹 A friend also had a bad experience at Gladys with her cats. So please just make sure you ask the drs if they are truly giving you all treatment and med options.
