So I’ve been going to this particular mr pets location for over 10 years . I have a multitude of various species of animals that I share my home with and need many different supplies to keep them healthy and happy . The staff is always so pleasant when I walk in ( even those that may be new and don’t know me yet ) I am most impressed that if they don’t have a particular item I need they will offer to find it and order it for me and it rarely takes a week to come in ! It’s really great the customer service they provide and the staff really seems to know their stuff on animal care . I think it’s wonderful that they also have rescue animals there looking for homes that’s pretty cool 😎 It’s also a big bonus that they have such a variety of supplies and are a one stop shop and the prices are fair as well ! I recommend this store to everyone I know that has animals 🙌 pictured below are my ferrets ,a few of which I got from this particular store . They are truly what I was missing in my life ❤️

Friendly staff. I've contemplated 5 stars, but wish I could 4.5. Good selection of basics for pet supplies. I'd like to see them allow for credits towards those bringing in fish but I understand their hesitation (people trying to get rid of sick/old fish and if the fish will survive from transport, etc.) Fish and Tanks look healthy, with the exception of the big one for the plants in the middle. I will continue to come back.

The way they display their beta says it all.. the happiest little fishes ever!! We love the staff. We have adopted pets through here and buy all our fish needs.

Great service, adopted my cute little rabbit here, paid for a few weeks of boarding, although a little pricey, but that price means I can sleep knowing my Bun Bun is safe and sound. Staff are absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful. All kinds of wonders this place holds; it’s more than a pet store to me.

Fantastic service. Lots of item selections for all pet kinds. I would recommend if you’re in a hurry, not too busy. It’s also great that it’s its own building, not in a plaza, and NOT in the same place as Canadian tire. 5 star experience, but since I don’t support animal breeding for commercial profit, 4 stars.

The staff are amazing, and their great customer service. The staff were helpful in every aspect. Helping me puck the best items for my beardie. They have alot of things other pet stores don't have, they can also special order things if they don't have them. My kids love all the different animals they have and the wall of a wide variety of fish. Their prices are great lower than some competition. The also sell live crickets, silk worms and hornworms so I have a very happy beardie. I would definitely recommend this Mr Pet location, you won't find better customer service!
