Lovely, knowledgeable staff who truly care about animals. It's not the cheapest and doesn't have the hugest selection but it is full of good quality items for our dog and cat. I especially appreciate the quality pet foods.

We've had a great experience with this particular Bosley's as a customer and a rescue society. It's one of the few places where customer service still matters. The staff have amazing attitudes. The new management, superb.

I like to treat myself to bathing my dog in the oh so conveniently raised tubs, they’re great! However since my last visit, I was shocked when the cashier told me it was just shy of $16!!!! That’s insane! For a tub, water, sub par dog shampoo and a towel!!!! That’s craziness! No more baths at Bosley’s!

I was lied to about product returns and now I have products I spent money on but can't use. I bought a surgical suit for my cat post-surgery, I was concerned about the size so the cashier told me to get the smallest and it could be returned with the receipt. After bringing it home, it was not the right size so I went back and got a different size, which again was still not big enough. After going back for the third time the next day I tried to return the other two and the cashier told me it could not be returned as it is in contact with animals, but all the packaging was intact. Disappointed that I have to spend $200 on a $60 item because they openly lied to me and wasted my money

Took our pup Farkas to use the dog Wash station for the first time. Everyone was very professional and explained what to do before we got started. It's awesome because they have everything you need; Shampoo, towels, a dryer, and even some treats if you need to give your pup a little extra encouragement to get into the tub. Will definitely be taking him there again the next time he decides to swim in our swamp and get all muddy 😂 Will attach a before and after photo of him!

Stopped in for a few items and the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. Lots of specialty pet items and the store was very clean and organized.
