I had a western diamondback, settle himself underneath my pool pump in the backyard. I called Sargent removal, and Dennis was here within 20 minutes of me placing the call. One of our dogs found a baby rattlesnake in our yard this past week, and we called Dennis to remove it. It was almost 8pm, but he answered immediately and came as fast as he could. He took plenty of time to educate us about the risk of more snake encounters and how we could secure our yard against them.

Dennis and Zoe were on the money to my home. Dennis knew exactly what species of snake it was immediately. It was a large female Western Diamondback.They were at my home in less than 15 minutes and had it secured in seconds. I also listened to Dennis explain how it got in and what we could do to prevent another surprise again near my 8mo old puppy! We decided to hire Dennis and Zoe to snake proof and secure our yard! It’s 100% secure now. It’s done so professionally. I looked Into others doing it and all I can say is there’s no comparison! You Get What You Pay For! Had a westernback rattle snake in backyard on Sunday afternoon. Called Dennis and he arrived at our home in 40 minutes or so. Friendly and very informative. Gave us a lesson on how to distinguish rattle snakes and why killing them is not good. Had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend Sargent Bellas Snake Removal.

Don’t call the fire department to remove a snake. No offense to them, but they have no idea what they’re doing. Dennis is professional and informative. He does this for a living and will ensure your property not only gets the snake removed but can snake proof your yard do they don’t come back.

Dennis is awesome. Thanks for coming out late in the evening on a Saturday. During the call, he asked to text him a picture to identify if the snake was venomous. Turns out it was a western diamondback and efficiently removed it from our backyard. He also checked the whole yard and provided suggestions on preventing them from getting in. I totally recommend his service and would not hesitate to call him again.
