Recently, we heard noises from our attic and soon discovered starlings popping out from a vent high on the side of our house where it obviously made a nest. It was a situation that was both surprising and concerning. Knowing the potential damage and health risks associated with nesting birds, we needed professional help fast —especially with the nest being right above where our new born’s nursery will be. From the moment we contacted Buckeye Wildlife, their team demonstrated utmost professionalism and expertise. The technician Jared arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and knowledge to take care of the nest. But Buckeye Wildlife didn't stop at just removing the nest; they went a step further to ensure that we wouldn’t face the same issue in the future by walking around the exterior and looking for areas that could be a potential problem in the future. Throughout the process, Jared was courteous and informative. He took the time to explain each step, removed the birds, fixed the damaged they caused, and provided us with tips for preventing wildlife issues in other areas of our home. He gave us options for solutions without pressure or scare tactics and explained the pros and cons. Thanks to Buckeye Wildlife, our attic is now bird-free, and we feel more secure knowing our vents are properly protected. In a day and age where great communication and expedient work is a thing of the past Buckeye is bringing it back. Carter was amazing to work with and quickly removed two birds nests from the gables of our house. He made sure the job was done right and that we wouldn’t have to worry about it ever again. Thank you Buckeye Wildlife Solutions!! We were increasingly worried about noises in our walls and were starting to fear that squirrels had made a home between our 1st and 2nd story… we have 2 small children and a dog so we needed something done asap. I called Buckeye Wildlife on a Monday morning, left a message and they called me back the same day to get a plan in action! Steve came out and did some investigating - he looked around the outside of the whole house, yard, in the basement, and even the attic. Steve was so kind, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. He was honest, straightforward, and reassuring in his suspicions that it is a field mice issue. He gave us all of our possible options, the pricing for them, and even gave honest, much-appreciated recommendations. Steve kindly answered all my questions and explained the whole process. We are able to pay for services digitally and the pricing was very reasonable. We may not NEED these services as much as we did at first, but due to reasonable pricing, ease of payment, and overall friendly, easy service, we will be continuing our service plan for a while. Carter came out to the house and within a matter of minutes had everything set up. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the situation I was dealing with. He was willing to work with me around the timing of checking traps and did a very thorough job. Happy to report no more wildlife issues in the house.
