Our experience with Dr. Pitkin was nothing short of exceptional. Our calf was in distress, and we needed immediate assistance. Despite the late hour, he responded promptly and arrived at our farm early the next morning. From the moment Dr. Pitkin and his vet tech stepped onto our property, their expertise and professionalism were evident. They assessed the situation swiftly, calmly, and with a reassuring demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Their knowledge of cattle health was impressive, and they wasted no time in diagnosing the issue and outlining a treatment plan. Taking my two dogs and two cats here. My animals absolutely love Cross country. The dogs are sways so excited to come to see their vet. Amazing place and will always come here for a vet.

I have a very elderly dog that was feeling under the weather. The crew here took extremely good care of her. They were patient, helpful, and explained everything to me. Top notch and caring. Thank you so very much for getting my baby back to feeling good and being top boss dog at work again!!

Have been taking our 13 yr old pup here since he was young. They have taken great care of him and don’t try and charge you an arm and a leg like some vets. We moved from Delaware to Columbus about 8 years ago but we still bring him back to up to Cross County. Decided that the care they provide is worth the extra travel time.

We've brought our dogs here for a few years now. Although they have (thankfully) not had any major medical issues to deal with yet, they are getting older now so we are super glad to have a vet's office we trust and feel safe taking our pets to for any of their future more complicated needs. It's also nice to have a place where we are comfortable seeing any of the vets and techs who are available if necessary.
