My dog has been going to this clinic since she was a puppy. She has received all of her vaccinations and spay here. I love that the prices are reasonable; it makes the long drive worth it. I also use their online pharmacy to get her heartworm and flea/tick medication delivered right to my door. The people who work there are always super friendly and personable. They are also very kind and patient with my dog. Appointments typically are pretty speedy as well. They do a great job of getting you right in and seeing the pet fairly quickly. I would recommend this veterinarian to all pet parents!

Super clean and nice facility! They took good care of our fur babies and were really professional. During our dog's dental cleaning, they communicated well and thoroughly explained everything while giving us choices along the way. The only downside for us was the phone system; no easy way to reach our care coordinator when we had to return calls during the procedure. Overall, I'd highly recommend this practice! There's a reason the wait-list is long.

Our inside cat was a patient here and received all of his initial shots/health assessment from them when we adopted him. He's been healthy and had no other reason to go in since that time (approx 1 year ago). He's been sick out of the blue this weekend - lots of throwing up and not eating well - so I called to schedule him an appointment. The girl I spoke to on the phone was incredibly curt from point of taking the call, not friendly whatsoever. I explained what was going on and said I was hoping to get him in to be seen. After asking me numerous questions, I was then told they were "booked up until mid-June." I then re-iterated this was a sick visit, not a regular check up, & she rudely stated this applied to sick pets too, as it's not an emergency, so the best she could do was "check with someone." I immediately declined further assistance & explained we'd be finding new care. This is unacceptable. Not once during the conversation did I expect him to be seen same-day. This doesn't seem to be emergent, however, is concerning, so I expected the next 1-2 days at least. Telling a pet owner they can't see their actively sick pet for 2 months is indicative of an organization that does not care about the well-being of pets in any way, no matter how it's spun. Do your pets a favor and find them quality care, with caring staff members.

My dog and cat have both gotten fixed here. Both times it was a smooth, well organized process. They called me mid-day to tell me how their surgery went and it was super affordable!

Used to like this place. They charged us a fortune for things we didn't need, and it's been a month and my dog still has a lump where his shot was given. Then they could barely handle our puppy to cut his nails. Whatever.

I know a review won’t do much but I would like to express my feelings of this place. I really tried to give this place a chance. I took my dog in for a leg amputation and during the beginning I told multiple times he will need a muzzle at all times due to him being super scared/anxious of new environments. They just shrugged it off and never once when I was there a muzzle was given for me to put on like at the other vet offices he’s been too. As I was walking him out, the doctor went to look at his incision after he just had his leg amputated, coming off anesthesia and knowing him needing a muzzle before being handled at ALL reaches her hand up to touch it and he reacts and then claims to say a bite report was filed even though she said “I don’t think he even broke the skin”. Not to mention they have yet to call and check on him post surgery.. Just blows my mind I paid $300 more than what was estimated over the phone and drove an hour to a place highly recommended but couldn’t even respect my wishes of how I would like my dog to be handled and now he has a bite report filed that should’ve never happened.
