Disgusted by how overcrowded the tanks are here. The store offers a variety of supplies yet treats all of the “cheaper” animals like absolute garbage. Rest assured that the $800 birds are well taken care of though. I’ve been here multiple times and never buy anything because I can’t stomach the way they treat the animals here, not to mention the extreme overcharging for almost everything in the store.

I stopped by today to get my regular dog food I have bought for years. I was upset a month ago when the same bag I bought was 37 lbs and now is 26 for the same price. I have delt with it. I know this economy is bad. She helped me find the the same one I have always used. I have a standard poodle and I do want to change her food because it is not good for them. Today I went in and found the old 37 lbs bag I use to get and was really excited. When I went to the register I was talking to her about it. She looked in the system and saw there was more in stock. Same food only a 37 lbs bag at the same price as the 24 lbs. she helped me locate and I bought more. I am extremely grateful for employees like her who care about the consumer. ***Second Review 6/11/22: Once again, the staff was fantastic and my daughter was super stoked about her second snake! This time she chose an (white/red/yellow) Albino Milk Snake 🐍! It is of the king snake family and very friendly! With the new addition we had to share this! Welcome home Apollo!!! Hope you enjoy us as we will you! Thanks again Pet Supermarket Family! We love going to see what is new there, and especially love the service and selections! We will be back again in the future! 😎🤘🏽🐍 ***First Review 2019: The staff was great! My girlfriend and I suprised my daughter with a (black and white) California Kingsnake. Every question answered with smiles and will be our pet stop shop destination! You all will be happy to know that we are all excited to have our new addition to the family, Tsunami (snakes name), and for many years to come. Tsunami will definitely be well taken care of in a good home. Photos are provided for proof 😊! Thanks to all!!!
