We love Eastridge animal Hospital. We live in Charlotte and still take our animals here because of the staff. They make you feel like family. They actually remember your animals and ask how they are doing…and today while we were getting our dogs dental surgery done, they even grinded his nails for free while he was under anesthesia. They go above and beyond, and we are so grateful.

I cannot possibly express how impressed we were with this whole staff and Dr. Melissa. On a Saturday morning, our 9 pound little dog became very ill and Dr. Chitu said, “Bring her right in”. They were so thorough, diagnosed the issue immediately and had her back to her old self right away. I will only bring all of my dogs here from now on!

Kind, professional staff. When I had to have Chief put down, Dr Melissa and I both cried. She had helped him through an illness to the end with caring and compassion. The atmosphere in the office is very relaxed. I can bring my shy dog in without having to worry about his reaction to other pets.

I had a fantastic experience here! The entire staff was very kind and the veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable. She had a genuine concern for the injured stray cat that I brought in. She even gave me a discount on the bill to help me rehabilitate the poor animal. I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else! I was skeptical at first because their prices were so low, however, I was blown away by their kindness and level of expertise! So if you are looking for someone who cares about your pets as much as you do, at an incredibly low price, this is the place for you!

I was very happy with them. They gave shots to my cat when I adopted him and was very sweet with him. I just got another kitten and they took care of all his shots and exam. I will continue to go there for their normal checkups. If there is an emergency then there are urgent vets for that
