All the employees are so friendly and the store is very clean! My dog just finished 3 sets of classes (puppy, intermediate and advanced) with Veronica. She is an awesome trainer and very knowledgeable. You can truly see the love she has for the doggies in her class and treats them like her own. I believe she may have been my dog’s favorite part of the whole class lol. 10/10 recommend this store and signing your doggo’s up for training classes!👍🏻

Groomer Skylar is amazing! We take our two pups there and they have completely different personalities. One is shy and nervous and one is loud and crazy. She does a great job with both and takes care of all of our requests with grooming style. She is knowledgeable and super friendly. We make sure to book with her exclusively and we trust her with our fur babies. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality affordable groomer!

I take all three of my dogs here to get groomed and my go to guy is Isaiah! He is very professional and treats the dogs with kindness. Thank you Isaiah for always being so friendly. Also ppl tip your groomers that is a lot of work they are doing with your babies. They are doing the same and more a hairstylist does.

I had a great experience at the PetSmart in Gastonia, NC. I was looking for a 10 gallon Terrarium for my Mediterranean Gecko and the employees were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Really nice place to visit if you're looking for supplies for your pets.

Took my dog there for the first time. They didn't tell me till after I paid that they only cut her back nails not her front. And then figure out they didn't bathe her well because she still has eye gunk dried into her fur. I have never seen a groomer not clean around the eyes of a dog.

Gastonia petsmart doesn't usually have what I need in stock...I usually go to the Lincolnton one because of this. However I did get this little guy the other day. Only one I've seen like him. A koi betta I've seen before but not with this pattern/colors. They had a great selection of bettas a few days ago.
