Their new technology with people submitting information and photos of their lost dogs, my dogs were found 15 hours later in a random dog park and they were able to immediately take the pictures I submitted and match them. Not only did they call me immediately, the wonderful animal control officer said he would wait until I got there. I cannot say enough good things about how great Frisco animal control is. He really did go above and beyond to make sure my family came home to me.

Had a rather large rabbit laying in front of my house just off the curb. Looked like it just died there and I didn’t want people running over it. Since I can’t handle that sort of disposal and hubs was gone I called animal control and left a message. They called back with in the hour and the rabbit was gone just as fast. Such a relief! Awesome service!!

I wish I could give Frisco Animal Control 0 stars, they don’t event deserve one. An employee named Sarah came to our house to inquire about a dog bite while we were out of town for the day for a family reunion. She arrived to find our sweet calico cat, Truffle, sitting on the front porch. Truffle goes in and out of our dog door in the back of the house and enjoys napping on the front porch or in the backyard occasionally, we’ve never had any problems with this. So, Sarah decides to TAKE TRUFFLE to the animal shelter because she was sitting on our front porch “free roaming”. She has a collar with a tag and is chipped and is clearly not a stray. She called me while this was happening, I explained that she was our cat and can go back in the house whenever she wants and enjoys sitting outside sometimes, and I could hear Truffle SCREAMING in the background. She caused so much unnecessary stress to my poor baby who was SITTING ON OUR PORCH minding her own business and now has to spend the night in an animal shelter away from her home and family, all for sitting in front of our house being happy. Thanks Sarah, you suck.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. There service is amazing.There was a small snake loose in the house and we were frightened. We called and 5 mins later they are here to take the snake. 👍😁😮
