The staff are fairly alert and can be helpful if you really push them to help. Greeters to store are happy and cheerful. Prices are not for the economists but are not unexpected for the bright glossy showroom. I liked it O.K.

One of the best local selections of tropical fish. I especially appreciate that they are stocking more nano fish that aren’t typically seen in chain stores, which are very appropriate for most of the smaller tanks people purchase.

I ordered from website, all items said available for same day delivery. 2/5 items were delivered. I called customer service and the store in Northport to say that if I had been told before delivery that items were out of stock, I would have cancelled the entire order. I had ordered a hamster cage, ball, water bottle, food, and bedding and the bedding and bottle were delivered. I had to pay shipping and have a tip to driver. I called trying to say that I would gladly pay for more expensive food and cage (in stock) if it could be delivered same day without fee since I had already paid those fees for items that were the most important. THE CAGE! I was basically told nothing could be done and to shop at Pet Smart and/or Pet Supplies. Told by the 2nd person on the phone from direct store contact that I should purchase e from someone else! NEVER IN MY LIFE has a store told me to shop elsewhere, but believe me… I WILL NEVER shop from Pet Supermarket again! Oh, the email that my items were cancelled came after the email saying items were delivered and driver saying only 2 items delivered!

Nice, clean, pet store, very knowledgeable about fish, which is my new life quest! Friendly staff large variety of live animals and supplies not found in other local pet stores. I've bought plenty beautiful fish from here. Gourami, African cichlids, tiger barb, oscar, guppies, platys, snails, and live food and great aquarium plant selection. Never had to return any that died, but they did accept a return of 3 green tiger barb that were too aggressive for my tropical community aquarium.

Manager was extreamly rude when trying to get a refund for items I had purchased and only gave me a refund for half my items. Do not recommend this place there is better in Tuscaloosa
