Allergy tests, vet visits, internet searches, nothing worked until here. Would highly recommend, not easy process and still in progress but the improvement has been amazing. To see a part of your family finally getting better and enjoying their life was worth all the costs. Took a while to get in but can do what we did, book an appointment and try everything can do to get them better in the time until appointment.

We were referred to this clinic by our vet for our pug, Thad, as he had an extreme ear infection. When we called in, they were very upfront on their wait time and was put on a waiting list and scheduled about 8 months out. Though, we didn't have to wait long for a sooner appointment, as they called back and got us in within the week. Dr. Trimmer and her staff are so thorough, patient, and very kind. With their help, Thad's ear infection had improved so drastically within 4 months. We are really sad to be leaving their office, as we have moved across the country. I am truly so thankful for everything they have done for us. Thad says thank you as well!!

I have the world’s smartest dog. No, really — he’s super intelligent and is so focused on me, and he understands anything in English or Korean. He’s certainly not the bravest, perhaps not even the cutest, but he is the smartest. (Nope, not biased at all.) But he’s a rescue that we adopted six years ago and has an unknown history. He came with some strange issues ON his ears and hair on his back that was unusually short and sparse. But then it increasingly got worse, going to his tail and up to this head, and then kind of all around. He’s not bald anywhere but just not quite as fluffy as one would expect from a mix that looks like this. Well, I’ve been having every vet over the years look him over, and after many blood tests, thyroid panels, etc. I had zero answers. Finally, we were referred to Dr. Trimmer in January. I called immediately but couldn’t get an appointment until June! But I asked to be placed on a waiting list and two weeks ago, a spot opened up and we took it. The appointment itself was $170 or something. Wow. But more impressive is that by the time I was paying, the vet and her staff made the experience so pleasant and attentive that I didn’t even regret the $550 (!) we paid to confirm (via biopsy) the diagnosis she suspected. And that’s how you run a good business. Her staff has regularly checked in to see how Jack is doing and has explained everything every step of the way. We are just relieved to finally have answers and it’s treatable if I pamper him 3x more than I pamper myself, apparently. He’s already looking a lot better but every time he tries to bite out this one stitch, we’re hollering, “STOP IT! That’s a $550 stitch, Jack!” 🤣 Seriously, if your dog needs a veterinary dermatologist, we are lucky to have this place available here in Vegas. 👍🏼

If I could give this office zero stars for their office staff's inability to provide any kind of considerations for people running late even when I called beforehand to say we are literally almost there, I would! This review is literally just for their office policy of total exam fee charge of $250 for no show/late appointments. I mean how ridiculous is that to charge someone this amount without even blinking an eye?! They asked if I wanted to reschedule but they were going to charge me another $250...like how does that make sense? I asked to speak to their office manager but of course he was not available... He was supposed to call me back to discuss this but have not received a call back... I can understand if a patient is a repeat offender but we were first time clients of this office so based on all this, it is very obvious they really do not care about patient satisfaction or retention. After all this, my poor little doggy didn't even get a chance to see the doctor about her itchy fur! ;-(

Thorough and comprehensive appointments. We're here from out of town, and my dog was losing his hair. We were at the vet for over an hour, and left the office with all the antibiotics and treatments we needed. That was so helpful, especially since we don't have a local vet. At a follow up appointment, they suggested more treatments, and we're glad to let me get them on my own. Very responsive via text and they love animals. I highly recommend the office.

Not worth your money or your time! This place is a complete ripoff. I am surprised how many naive people are being tricked into believing that because they are busy and it takes months to get an appointment, then they must be good. We were literally ambushed with bill that was over double of what we were told it would be. During the appointment with the doctor nothing suggested that all the tests and procedures that they were going to do were not included in the visit price. Nobody communicated with us, nobody gave us an estimate before performing this tests, nobody asked us if we were comfortable with the prices. They just took our dog away then came back with a bag full of overpriced medications and a bill that was over $550. We were completely ambushed! And then the next day they had a nerve to reach out and “offer” a curbside appointment with a nurse to see if the treatment is working, and when we asked for an estimate for that it turned out it was going to be another $400-$600! Absolutely outrageous! We, of course, refused. But the worst part is that after all that they still were not able to tell us what causes our dogs allergies. They said they need to do an allergy scratch test which is around $1500. This place is a joke. We will never go back here, nor will we go back to the vet who referred this place to us. Save your money and your time! They don’t do anything that a regular vet doesn’t. They are simply overpriced which creates an illusion that they are special.
