I had a horrible experience. I adopted a kitten two months ago that had neurological issues. They did not tell me about it and exactly 2 months after she passed. I called them and they take no responsibility and no accountability for this issue, but I had to grief and put my cat to sleep.

What a wonderful place to visit and to donate to. We do a monthly donation and use Chewy to donate food and supplies occasionally. The staff are all wonderful for what they do.

Completely respect what you do, our family was very grateful for the opportunity to adopt a kitten, unfortunately our little one became severely allergic, but the staff was extremely understanding and we couldn't have been happier with the process in such a difficult and heartbreaking time for our family.
