Best vet clinic around! We were pretty new to them when our Ceres fell sick. Throughout the whole process they were supportive and caring. They understood our needs and Ceres. We couldn't recommend it enough. If you treat your pets as family this is the place for you. They will care for them as an extension of their own family.

Burrwood Vet has been nothing but exceptional. I had recently moved to the Troy area and called around for several vets. Unfortunately, no one taking new clients & one of them mentioned a new one that had just opened named Burrwood. Since that day, they have provided exceptional and quality care to my dog. I've taken my dog Harlow numerous times in the 2 years I went there with him. Each time, the staff loved him. He's such a gentle, sweet boy and most of the techs (I'm sure all of them if I spoke to them all) said how much they loved him. He's also a rescue that had lived a very rough life before I had rescued him. Dr. Alex was Harlow's main care provider and he also deeply cared about him. Unfortunately, Harlow had some pretty serious kidney issues that were discovered. Burrwood did their best for treatment plans, along with recommending an Emergency Vet as well. Due to his declining quality of life, I decided to take Harlow to Burrwood one last time. It was a sad day, and some of the techs were even sad with me as I know they had cared for Harlow as a patient. A day later, I did receive flowers from them. A gift I was not expecting and from my other peers and family did not receive either when their best friend had passed from other providers. Just today, nearly 1 month after his passing, I received a letter from the Humane Society mentioning there was a donation made in his name. Thank you for everything you've done. For me, for Harlow, and for the future pets you will treat.

Came here for a second opinion for a terminal diagnosis for my cat and I’ve find my new primary vet. The staff and doctors here are so welcoming, thorough and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and they all made us feel like we were a priority. They ended up telling us we did not have a terminal diagnosis and got us into a hospital right away. As they say, always get a second opinion!

Today was my first visit to Burrwood and I was super impressed! Not only is this office beautiful and clean but everyone on staff is so warm and welcoming. Tori was nice and so good with my dog and Dr. Buffa was very warm and knowledgeable. Anyone looking for an amazing practice for their pet, I highly recommend!
