Our mini dachshund got some type of sticker, spines or thorns embedded in her paw pads. The vet and assistant pulled a few out and when he couldn’t get the last ones, they took her into another room and got extra help and got the remaining ones pulled out. She couldn’t walk very well before (limping) and when she got those remaining ones out, she was walking with no problem. We were very satisfied with the end result and staff, they did a great job!

This was my first experience taking a pet to a vet, and it went so well. They were sweet and professional. The documentation provided for the visit was thorough and comprehensive. The environment was calm and casual. You can tell that all of the workers really love working with animals. They were busy, but spent as much time as you needed answering questions and explaining the steps they were taking. They are straightforward with pricing and won’t surprise you with anything.

If you have fur babies that are part of your family, do not even hesitate to go to this veterinary clinic. My husband and I are both retired and I retired from the Veterinary industry. Trusting someone when you’re traveling full-time on the road in an RV with your special family is a very challenging thing. This was top notch from the very beginning! Their Customer service, the receptionist staff, their technicians and doctors are some of the best that I have experienced as we travel all over this country. The minute you walk in the door until you leave, you are made to feel like family. Care is top-notch, and the fact that they are an AAHA credited clinic gives you comfort and peace of mind, knowing that your babies are taken care of by the best there is. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Rudy and Frodo, I appreciate each and everyone of you for the care that you gave them while we were visiting in Durango!

Great staff here, Dr Randy, the nurses and James, one of the techs took great care of my dog Rosie when she underwent ACL surgery. They were very compassionate with her and gave me many updates while she was there, even hand fed her as she was nervous and made her relaxed. They truly care about your animals. Highly recommend them.

I love this clinic, the staff are friendly and welcoming and definitely love their jobs. They are so patient and kind. Our puppy really enjoyed her first visit to the vet.
