What a great place for your animals. K9 Wells and I feel safe and well taken care of with VCA Blue Cross Animal Hospital. I've been fortunate enough to experience all the great care of Mr. Tack, Ms. Wiggers and Ms. Borba. Very professional and extremely high in communication skills with so much knowledge and understanding on what they do. The client services were also on the same page and very friendly. Also, Melody on dentistry was super nice and explained everything before and after the procedure. Ms. Borba was just simply amazing! Perfection in its class. All the staff are always smiling and friendly. This place makes you feel welcome and very well trained on customer service. Very organize and a well smooth process. This is a 5 Star, 5 Diamond award Animal Hospital.

Took my 9 year old Max in for surgery and i was a bit of a mess, dropping off your pup for surgery is a little tough. They are our babies after all. Melody who greeted me outside was so sweet and caring without any judgement of me tearing up. 🥰 after 7 hours holding my breath ( a little dramatic) I got the call. I cannot express how amazing Dr Joshua Scharf is, the compassion and caring, the level of service and the follow up. Outstanding. I’ve been going to this veterinary for years now, thought it was a loss to lose Dr.Coats then I met Dr.Joshua Scharft and I have to say, what an absolute gem. I am so so happy that he is there to care for our fur babies. This gentleman is such a lovely man and well, an awesome talented veterinarian. Thank you for services this wonderful veterinary clinic offers. If you are looking for somewhere to take your fur babies, I absolutely recommend this place. Forever my veterinarian ❤️🐕 Update: Dr.Joshua left and my dog started to throw up blood, I took him to see the vet, they prescribed antibiotics and ear cleaner. She said his stomach felt good so no worries. On my way home, he started to slow down, I thought it was because of the injection they gave him for Nausea. Long story. 6 hours later my dog is in the ER on Rainbow and Craig. 20 minutes later my dog, my best friend of 9 years was passed. He bled to death internally. I had to update this as I believe in sharing the truth. I use to believe in this place as it was my vet for years. Now heartbroken. 💔 my next baby will not see this place. ✌🏽 Belinda Wood

My puppy Summer and I have been going to VCA Blue Cross for nearly a year now since I first purchased her from the Petland in Boca park with which they are partnered. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff is entirely friendly from the people in reception to the veterinarians and all the supporting technicians in between. They've each treated summer like shes family and I've had full confidence in their ability to take care of her. The treatments and visits are usually reasonably priced for this part of town and for the caliber of staff that they employ. Dr. Wiggers and Dr. Martinez are both highly recommended by both of us and we look forward to seeing them again throughout Summer's life.
