Love, love, love this place. How can anyone not? They're saving lives for goodness sakes! Everyone I met was a beautiful soul. I went there for the first time, with three others for a vegan potluck. This venue offers food products and drinks and is a wealth of information. One can find literature, stickers and a sweet loving vibe.
Wonderful space for compassionate organizational activities, events, actions working to end animal cruelty, suffering and exploitation. Wealth of literature available. Staffed by friendly knowledgeable committed people. Sells vegan food items & products, snacks, T-shirts, books. Cool space in mini-mall in downtown Berkeley. Garage & on street parking nearby for a fee.
Amazing place to take action for all of our friends on the planet! New activist orientation are very informational and welcoming! Anyone who loves animals or believe in justice should come. :)
A dedicated space for animal rights activism? I didn't think something like this could even exist, but clearly it can. There's a good diversity of items in the store to cover the range of "unhealthy" and "healthy" vegans, but the events run by various activism organizations are really what make the space work.
Excellent place, friendly people doing good work - and with some lovely food!
Awesome place Awesome people. Don't miss any of their events!
