Highly recommend! The employees were respectful and gentle from the beginning. My dog Athena passed away on Sunday evening at home. I contacted Jessica immediately and she answered all my questions. (We connected in the animal rescue community last year.) It was late evening but she never made me feel like I was a burden answering my 101 questions. (PS this is my first dog that naturally died at home.) The next morning I dropped off my dog, Athena. Caroline was the same as Jessica. She was so sweet. She got my information and unloaded my baby. I was able to pick up my baby that afternoon and bring her home. I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism and respect all the employees had.

My Wife and I would like to thank the Pet Cremation Services, Columbus Georgia with all our heart and commend them for an outstanding job as we said our last goodbyes to our beloved Maile on 9 Feb 24. The entire staff was very attentive and compassionate and made this time more bearable, we especially liked the wooden box, paw prints and our baby’s hair locks. Thank you so much Pet Cremation……………

I highly recommend Pet Cremation Services of Columbus! I spoke with Stacy several times today in regards to my sweet Bobo boy. I just wanted to let someone know how amazing and sweet Ms. Stacy is. I’m not even sure exactly how she was able to understand me because I was a blubbering idiot 85% of the time but she was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Before speaking with her, I had tried SEVEN different crematoriums. I understand that cremating very large animals like Bo, a highland cow, is not a very wide market and not a lot of places are able to accommodate that size animal but every last one that I spoke to, before Stacy, didn’t even bother to let me finish my sentence before saying they couldn’t help me… Stacy called the state lab in Auburn herself to figure out how they could help me. Even if it came down to that they just couldn’t do it, which is completely understandable, I am just thankful for her help, her understanding, her heart, and her words. Being heartbroken over a cow seems so ridiculous but Stacy made me feel validated and like I wasn’t being ridiculous. I am thankful for them and especially for Ms. Stacy ♥️

I recently had the heartbreaking task of saying goodbye to my sweet kitty cat, Jacob. Jessica, in particular, went above and beyond in helping me through the process of saying goodbye to my precious kitty. Her understanding and kindness made a world of difference. Jacob was more than just a pet; he was a cherished member of my family. However, the gentle care and respect shown by Jessica was very comforting. She ensured that his passing was treated with the dignity and love he deserved, easing the pain of his absence. To anyone facing the loss of a cherished pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Pet Cremation Services in Columbus, GA. Their professionalism, coupled with a genuine warmth and empathy, truly sets them apart. I am deeply grateful for their service and cannot thank them enough for helping me through such a tough time. Our Great Dane passed away last night…called this location when it happened and was given info to speak with someone I. The AM. Spoke to them at 9 AM. He was picked up by 9:45 AM. At 2:35, he was ready for pick up with a beautiful box, ink imprints of his nose and paw and Clay imprints that we paid extra for. They made this hard situation so much easier to deal with.
