We started visiting Northridge during the pandemic and have really been impressed by the service. We interact primarily with the front desk and kennel staff, and they are delightful. It is my dog’s home away from home. They are caring and very flexible for this single mom who doesn’t always make it home on time!

we take our pups here, recently visited because Riley had a problem with her ear. If you want quality care where they treat your animals the same way you do, this is the place. The vets & all the rest of staff are great!!!

I started using this clinic from my old vet and everything was fine at first but when your dog truly needs assistance this place doesn’t give a damn. My dogs heartworm prevention is due and they told me working with Chewy is fine but it turns out they are a “mail only” vet which I had no idea what that meant nor did they give me a heads up when they knew how I get preventative months ago. Now that my dog needs his preventative now they don’t have the a heart to speak with the chewy pharmacy over the phone and let my dog get heart worms and use snail mail! Yeah this place really cares about animals. Give me a break!!

Today was our first visit. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. My dog was trembling before she even made it through the door (how do they always know?) but by the time she got her shots and was handed back to me, she was fine! The vet and assistant were really sweet and listened to everything I had to say. They were both very clear with explanations of everything. So far we're happy with our decision of coming here.

I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic. When my dog was having a medical emergency and my own vet would not work us in, I called multiple vets in town that were also booked. Northridge said yes when all others said no. Bethany went above and beyond in her customer service and meet my mother at the car as she pulled up to get my dog inside. She had unfortunately passed before we could get her to the clinic. Very professional and sympathetic Doctors and staff.

I absolutely LOVE this vet clinic! The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful! I’m so thankful for everything that Northridge Veterinary Center has done for my fur babies and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!!
