Veteranarian is experienced and kind. I take my dogs and cat there and they are treated well. Anytime I have called with a concern, they make an appointment for me right away or work with my schedule. I appreciate the customer service

I asked for a full blood work and X-rays. Instead he ran 1 test and didn't find the cancer slowly killing our boy. He told us he was getting better, I demanded a 2nd opinion and was told within 5 minutes that he was drowning with a lung full of fluid and tumors around his heart, he was put down the next day at home. They watched him for 2 days and found nothing. Those were 2 good days they stole from us. We were prepared to pay thousands and they did NOTHING.

My dog is a rescue/service animal and I got her with many problems and Dr. Anast has saved her (life/walking) a few times and kept her healthy and happy for years now. I will not let anyone touch her but Dr. Anast, truly the best.

We are from Sparks NV and in a campground at Lake Mead and our dog’s nails on each hind foot were broken deep in the quick. Bleeding from both feet!! .. so we had an emergency visit to Sandy Hill Veterinary Clinic (a 30 minute drive but they came recommended). They got her right in, cauterized and trimmed and wrapped one foot. All staff were sweet! Thank you to all staff and Dr. George Anast!

I wish I knew of this place sooner. Dr. Anast is such a sweetheart. I genuinely enjoy coming here. His approach and communication is extremely comforting. He’s been doing this most of his life so he’s seen it all and has such great bedside manner and a genuine love for animals and their caretakers. Both of my dogs now have had strokes in the last month and his calming energy is contagious. I have recommended him to anyone who will listen ever since I started coming here. We’ve also had dental work on one of our pups and it went great. I genuinely trust the staff here to take care of my pups with the same love I have for them. I was never able to say that about any of my old vets
