Description We are a mixed animal veterinary hospital proudly serving North Georgia since 1978. We see primarily cats and dogs for routine and well visits, as well as emergency and sick care. We now offer large animal services both in office and on farm calls. We offer routine and orthopedic surgery, dentals, dental x-ray, digital x-ray, 1 and 3 year vaccines, ultrasound and other medical services. Come see us for your pet's needs!

Dr. Church & the staff @ Wayside were amazing. She took her time to not only care for our kitten, but explain & educate on all of our options for care & services provided/offered. I left the office feeling confident I received the best care possible.

Our first visit at Wayside in Jasper was a great experience. We have a Great Dane adopted while living in Costa Rica. She is a huge chicken! The front desk greeted us and made us feel right at home. We had a very short wait before Erica, the vet tech, invited us into the exam room. She really took her time getting our history and spent the time to make our baby feel at ease. Dr Church came in the room, sat down on the floor and instantly made Carina comfortable. We like to keep medicine and vaccines to a minimum when possible. She was willing to work with us, and advised what was truly necessary and what was optional. It was nice to be heard. We highly recommend this oractice and look forward to returning for future visits.

I am from out of state and have had to pop in a couple times for my husky, Aspen (plus got her spayed). They have been nothing but phenomenal and have the best costumer service! Her spay went very well and she LOVES seeing everyone when she walks in. I prefer them over her primary vet and couldn’t recommend them anymore! The ladies at the front are amazing and pricing has always been cheaper than other places!

I was afraid my Terrier was very sick. He had greenish black stools and seemed in pain. He wouldn’t eat and I thought it would probably get worse. I knew that Wayside was busy, but they worked me in on an emergency basis. Dr Kelly examined him, did some tests gave him some medicine, one being an antinausia shot. We came home and he has been doing well and eating his food. I really appreciate Dr Kelly for seeing us and being so kind and reassuring. Thank you, Dean Wills

What a wonderful experience we had at our puppy’s first visit at Wayside Animal Hospital in Jasper. The staff were great and Dr. Church was fabulous. She was patient and understanding listening to all of our questions. We are thrilled we found the perfect vet for our new puppy. Would highly recommend this location without hesitation.
