I used to think it was a good place to go even though they were expensive , but now that's no longer the case. When given an estimate I had the audacity to question why certain things were tacked on, was told it was the law, I asked which law and the receptionist became rude and hostile then cut me off and threw me on hold mid sentence (I wasnt rude, yelling or cursing either, it also wasnt a law come to find out) then the manger comes on and I explain what happened and ask if they are going to talk to the receptionist about how rude they were and I get a reply akin to "yea, sure absolutely " with a sarcastic tone. Needless to say I canceled my appt and will never take my dog there again after 2 years of going there and 1 year in their care club. I went to the old Banfield pet hospitals in petsmart instead , less than 1/2 the price super nice, same day appointments, no attitude.

Good place to get your pet checked. Was informed well about my pet and got all the things I need to keep pet healthy. I’d go here again.

Generally Love VCA - visited this one when dog broke his foot - they asked for prepayment and said they could take us. I get there go in fill out all the forms, wait while they scan the dogs papers, bring the dog in and THEN when we are sitting in room they come in and say it will be a 1-2 hour wait - and that at that point it was likely the dr would NOT be able to so the x-ray (clearly spelled out on the phone that the reason I was coming was because we needed an x-ray) or do anything for the dog. WHAT???!!!!!! Still waiting for the refund to clear. What a waste of time - they were extremely MISLEADING IN ALLOWING US INTO A ROOM without telling us first. We will not be back

My male Maltese was having diarrhea and they took him in right away, did testing, medications, IV therapy and we were happily back home in a couple of hours. They are so kind and caring to both of my pups 🐶 and I truly appreciate the doctors, nurse, and staff. Thanks again VCA team

Great experience at this hospital. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly assisting with appointment booking/follow up. Dr.Mitchell and assistant Jason handled my fur kid so kindly. They answered all questions and concerns I had as first time kitty guardian. Thank y’all so much!

I literally can’t even believe what just happened. We made an appointment around 11am for 4pm. We arrived early to check my dog in and they CANCELLED my appointment without notice or warning??? Like???? Hello???? Their reason was they can’t see him at that time. A courtesy call would have been nice before I drove 25 minutes to get there. Ridiculous.
