The staff and doctors at Maplewood are kind, compassionate and always patient with my many texts and questions, assuring an answer by the end of the day. They are conscious of my budget which has to support three dogs of various ages and needs so I appreciate that they honor the choices I make. The staff know my name, know my dogs, and shower us with personal attention when we come in. A friendly face and demeanor means a lot to a concerned pet parent.

They just saved my cats life. I was highly considering having to put her down because she was so sick and she’s not even two years old yet the veterinarian did not give up on her as he must have just known she could make it. I was a wreck all week long, things have been stressful and chaotic. I won’t say exactly what they did to help me out, but they truly have helped me be able to take care of my cat. They showed compassion and kindness the veterinarian is knowledgeable and takes the least expensive simplest route first. They truly helped relieve some of my stress during a challenging time. This is also not the first time they have been able to help me take care of an animal in the past I had an emergency where my dog had a piece of glass in his paw, and they took him in right away. I have always known Maplewood animal Hospital to be a fairly priced clinic,they truly care about the animals. It’s not always about the money here. Highly recommend anyone to trust them with your pets.

Dr Burgmuller has been THE BEST!! I’m never taking my cats anywhere else. Both of my cats are always in good hands. She’s so caring and I have a very spicy boy cat who doesn’t like the vet but she does so good with him. My other sweet boy absolutely adores her and the team ❤️

This is our friendly neighborhood vet and they give excellent care for our dog and cat. Fast communication when needed. Once got stopped at the border with our dog and couldn’t find his rabies certificate and I called Maplewood and they emailed it right away. Phew! They also called when a neighbor dropped off our dogs tag that had fallen off his collar. Good people, good care.
