Been going here since Nov. of 2024 & don’t plan on going anywhere else. I absolutely love Miguel & the workers. To say they do a fantastic job is an understatement. I truly mean what I say.. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and every time I visit, the team is so welcoming and sweet. Miguel is so sweet with my baby girl and takes care of her better than I do 😂 this is my fav spot ever to get my princess groomed. I love this place so much so lovely and gentle with all the animals!! Five stars forever !!

This place is amazing! I took my Shih Tzu Bella yesterday to be groomed for the first time and they did exactly what I wanted for her haircut and she is beautiful!!

The facility could use a visit from HGTV to freshen it up. The staff is great, especially Miguel. He is the professional we choose to groom our 2 Yorkies. They will be 13 this year. Winston and Churchill

I had been going to Dogs by Cindy for years. Then one day I took my two dogs to get groomed, and when I got home, I notice my dog JJ was bleeding on the top of his head. Jj has moles on his body and you have to be careful when grooming him. So one of their groomers had nipped his mole. I called the next day and of course they denied it, but I kept pursuing the issue and finally they accepted responsibility. I spoke with Cindy the owner and she was quite rude about the whole thing. I had to take my dog to the vet hospital, because it had gotten infected. When I ask Cindy to pay for the vet bill, she paid a 119.00 and then told me that me and my dogs was not welcome there any more. I thought that was very unprofessional after I had been a customer for years. Also the mole continues to bleed and scab up. I’m enclosing a picture so you can see exactly what they did to my JJ. I should have done this when it happened, but every time I look at JJ’s head, I get so mad about the incident. I’m constantly having to clean it and cut the dead scabs around it. It’s not that they don’t do good work, the problem is when they don’t take responsibility when a accident happens.

How many stars are allowed? There aren't enough! I came here because my friends referred me. Little did I know how wonderful of an experience this would be. Miguel listened carefully to what I wanted my poodle's haircut to be and he went above and beyond to do it! Thank you Miguel!! I am beyond thrilled with your artistry and so is Casey!
