Dr. Bill Lilly established Paradise Pet Hospital in 1969 and is a bit of an icon for us. As the premier animal hospital near downtown, Paradise Pet Hospital has served thousands of clients over the years, including our local celebrities. Paradise Pet Hospital has flourished in the ever-expanding city of Las Vegas thanks to the tireless hard work, dedication, and many hours put into this practice by Dr. Bill Lilly, Dr. Dolginoff, Dr. Sabharwal and the dedicated teams they each worked with.

Excellent customer service. We have taken our dog there for an emergency and for his vaccination shots. The staff is very welcoming and was quick to help us. We got an appointment the same day for vaccinations and when we arrived after weigh in we were escorted immediately to a room. We were greeted by a licensed vet tech who did our dogs vitals. She then said the doctor was running late but could do the vaccine as she was licensed so we would not have to wait. I appreciated that she immediately took our dog and within minutes we were done. As we checked out we were given new tags. It cost $70 which I thought was very reasonable. I would recommend this vet very much.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. They explained everything to me. My dog got the attention she needed. The dr. Also was very nice,he explained everything that needed to be done. The price was reasonable. I found a vet I will be taking my babies to. I can now relax knowing she's in good hands. She's my life!

The team was amazing from the first phone call! So kind, very help, non judgmental and really helped me understand what was going on with my dog. From front to back I loved everyone! I highly recommend coming here. It’s not easy dealing with money, healthcare, and decision making. They explained in detail the options I had, and I made my decision as a pet parent on what that meant to me and how to move forward. I never once felt it was about money. It was all for the care of my lil Chico :) Truly the best experience Chico thanks you ❤️

My dog was neutered here, they took amazing care of him. I am now going back in for another surgery for him and they have been nothing but kind and caring for my little baby. This hospital is definitely one of the best in Las Vegas. Looking forward to bringing my other pets in for their checkups.

I brought in a stray cat to get checked out. Chip, health, age, sex, etc Free checkup for first timers, and when they found out the lil girl was pregnant they did complimentary ultrasound very nice of them. The team there obviously loves taking care of animals. Very sensitive and aware

After waiting for an hour to be seen, I was informed that a vaccine was necessary for the dental exam, despite my explicit request for only the exam even by phone when I made the appointment. This experience was truly disappointing and felt unreasonable. In contrast, during a visit to another vet, my pet received a teeth exam without any vaccine requirement beforehand. Furthermore, despite being delayed, I called in advance and specifically inquired about arriving late or rescheduling, and was assured that it would be acceptable. Not only did I spend an hour waiting there, but also the time it took to travel to and from the appointment consumed a significant amount of time. They should clearly communicate their policies and be transparent, especially when someone is required to wait for an hour before being seen. Additionally, if a vaccine needs to be administered beforehand, despite being requested otherwise, this information should be clearly conveyed to the client. By the way, the waiting room was virtually empty, with only one other person present. Also, the place wasn't very clean.
