We have boarded our dog here several times. At first it seemed all went well. Something has changed. When we picked up our dog, her bed had been urinated on. This had not happened before. We talked with the kennel manager because we were concerned she was not being taken out in a timely manner. Awhile later, this same situation occurred again. We were told they were treating her properly and this could happen. We had to unexpectedly board her 2 days this week and when we picked her up this morning, her bed was given to us wrapped in trash bags and we were told we needed to wash it that she had urinated on it. When we got home and unwrapped the bed, not only was it wreaking of urine, there was poop all over it and it was way past needing a wash. It appeared our dog had laid in this. Also, we took her food and there was food remaining in her bag so we’re not sure if she was fed properly. We purchased a new bed. We will not be boarding here again. We feel our pet was neglected here.

Goodwin hospital provides a great service. The prices are affordable, the location is clean and modern, the boarding process was a success and our boy seemed so very happy to be with the clinic for the week. We look forward to our babies continued care with Dr.Gibson & team and using their boarding services as well in the future.

We love this Place. The staff and doctors treat our four legged children with the upmost respect and care. They welcome them with open arms and loving care. We’ve used the boarding services and have been extremely satisfied. We’ve also had to have surgery there and they took the best and supportive care as if I were right there observing them. They are really knowledgeable about our pets and have made wonderful recommendations when we were at a crossroads. I highly recommend them for your pet care!!

My first visit here was simply fantastic! Everyone was extremely kind. One vet tech even introduced herself as “Auntie” to my dog which was so sweet and gentle. I thought my dog would’ve been anxious but she acted like a star during her checkup because of these folks. 10/10 experience

In Montgomery on contract for work and my cat started having urinary issues. Able to get an appointment that day. I was put in a room right away. They assessed my cat very quickly and we came up with a plan for treatment. This cat has several medical problems and they contacted his specialist from Memphis to coordinate care. Very pleased with everyone I was in contact with here. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is outstanding and very accommodating. They take good care of my Max and love him like family. He was there for a bath and the friendly attendant made him at ease immediately.
