I have taken 2 dogs and 3 cats into this clinic and it has been a great experience every time . This last visit was with my youngest dog who has been in training for dog reactivity and she is very nervous around people . They were very gentle with her and made the day for both of us a lot easier . I have used a couple other clinics in the past, but this one is by far the best. Thank yall for what you do !!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first pet (Milo) that I have ever had to get neutered. They provide his shots and flea treatment as well at a reasonably inexpensive price. I would take all of my future pets here for their 1st visit!!
Processes down to efficient pace but a bit more personal touches and updating lobby are would be refreshing. Quality work our male mini teddy bear goldendoodle was healed in 7days! Calling for a correction to our paperwork was handled very quickly. Donate if able.
I’ll start by saying everyone we’ve spoken to at the clinic is very nice and it was extremely affordable to get our dog fixed but I just want to advise some people about some concerns I had. We signed up to have our dog picked up in auburn and taken to the clinic yesterday. They advertise that it would be an air conditioned truck with crates for the dogs and cats, when the truck arrived it was a large box truck with crates set up outside. Checking her in was very simple but I was a little thrown off by the box truck and it did appear to have an ac unit inside so I wasn’t too worried. Throughout the day I tried to contact the clinic multiple times to ask different questions and received no answer and was not called back till 4:30 to say that they were arriving at the drop off location with her. When you are doing surgery on someone’s dog I would say the front desk should try to be better about answering their phones. They opened the box truck and I was completely in shock, to my surprise the crates that they kept the dogs in were stacked on top of each other and completely unsecured. One wrong turn and the dogs crates would have all fallen over and it just wasn’t what I was expecting and didn’t seem anywhere near safe or what they advertised. I also will say I’m not 100% sure if the ac in that truck works properly to be transporting animals back and forth 45 minutes in 95 degree weather as my dog was panting and licking the water bottle in my car trying to get water until I could get her home to get a bowl. We also decided to have her nails cut while they had her under because she does have some anxiety and they didn’t cut them very well. It was as very affordable alternative but definitely was falsely advertised for what it was.
Offer very affordable options for those on assistance. Have had multiple cats spayed and neutered and they are always well taken care of.
Really happy, and thankful for their services. I had to pay a good bit because I don't live in Montgomery. They ask for a donation, and I do wish the people paying as low as $10.00, would make even a five dollar donation. It would be very sad for them to have to go out of business. Very organized!
