I cannot thank Pet Urgent Care of Montgomery enough. This summer, I rescued 2 kittens within a few weeks of each other. I brought them both in several times to receive their series of vaccinations. Every vet, every tech and the front desk staff were all amazing, caring, sweet, very knowledgeable and all around great people. Everything about my experience here was fantastic. They let me know pricing upfront and even have a payment plan with Care Credit. They were so kind and even called to check in on them after their visits. Another great thing was I was able to go after I got off work and also go on the weekends which was very helpful. Truly very thankful for them and every visit was truly a wonderful experience. Everything about my experience here was incredible!! They got my cat in right away. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. All prices were given up front and test results/treatment plan were thoroughly discussed. Dr. Johnson was amazing with my kitty and is extremely knowledgeable. I even got a follow up call the next day on a Sunday with them checking in to make sure my cat was doing alright. Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. Highly professional team of staff.

Pet Urgent Care of Montgomery is the absolute best!! Dr. Kim has been treating Dolly for years and we were thrilled when this urgent care opened. Having the convenience of walk-in immediate pet care, especially on Saturdays and Sundays is a wonderful peace of mind. I used Pet Urgent Care while in the process of moving to board 2 cats and 1 dog. They are reasonably priced and my animals were taken very good care of and loved on. I will be using them again for boarding in the future.

We recently brought in our retriever with a mass on her leg. We chose Pet Urgent Care of Montgomery after contacting other clinics that seemed impersonal and condescending. Dr. Kim immediately suspected that the mass might a mast cell tumor. She ran a test which confirmed her suspicion. She advised against conducting any other - in her opinion unnecessary - tests that another clinic had insisted upon. Dr. Kim made room in her surgical schedule the very next day to remove the tumor. Dr. Kim explained the procedure and follow-on care in great detail. Such a relief to have a healthy dog. Thanks Dr. Kim!!

Pet urgent care has made sure i was up to date on all the prices of what they were doing as well as make sure my pet was taken great care of. There is a Courtney and a Rachel there that have been amazing. I highly recommend this place!
