As a visitor to the city I found this Veternarian clinic last minute. I can’t say enough about their amazing customer service. They made our family feel right at home. My dog loved them so much and felt safe with them. They had availability the same day and was reasonably priced. I will be back again just because they were so gracious.

There is no 50-star option but EMAH deserves at least that. Every person we have interacted with has been so sweet to our baby boy, Maverick. He gets excited when he knows he is going to see Jade, Jasmine (spelling?), Brittany and all the other people who make EMAH incredible. Reasonable prices, a high quality of care, and wonderful customer service. Getting nails trimmed, baths and all vaccinations, shots, and meds all in the same place our fur baby gets to play with friends while we are at work.

Yes, they treat Coco well BUT the customer service from the front desk gives HAPPINESS VIBES!!! I super love Jade!!!! She makes EVERY encounter enjoyable and her personality should be bottled and added to the vaccines LOLOL.Keep being authentic and spreading joy.

Highly recommend East Montgomery Animal Hospital for boarding and grooming needs. Our 1-2y.o. mini-Aussie (Mickey) absolutely loved coming here and hated leaving. As a military family we relied on the friendly staff when we traveled. Can’t say enough. Give them a try.

Jade is at the front desk and her energy is FABULOUS! She really made us comfortable for our first visit with Coco. The other staff was kind and friendly. Customer service is very important to me and this place nailed it!!!!!
