Walked in to get some styptic powder for my dog because I unfortunately cut his nail just a bit too short and it was bleeding. They went above and beyond (even though they were about to close) to help us out and even threw in a few free treat bags! Super wonderful and caring team. My dog , my boyfriend, and I truly appreciated it!

I love the store overall, however, I strongly dislike every encounter I have with Julie, the supposed store manager. She over talks the customer, incorrectly processes transactions, and refuses to take accountability for her actions. She needs to be retrained, demoted, or find another job.

I had a 5 star experience thanks to Sandra she was so polite and energetic. Her energy and knowledge about the store actually got me to by 2 extra things that I wasn't sure I wanted. She is definitely an asset to the company. I will be back for that experience again!!

We had a wonderful experience at the pet supermarket, the new manager is super sweet and definitely went out of her way to help us. I originally went there to get Frontline for my puppy and then I thought that I definitely needed some new shampoo for her as well , the manager was previously a vet tech and was able to provide a wonderful shampoo with probiotics for my fur baby . She also threw in some free dog treats . Wonderful service all around.
