Roscoe has been raised by East Hills animal clinic. They have been seeing him since we brought him home from the pound at 10 weeks old. He is now 2 1/2 and LOVES every visit. The two ladies in reception always talk to him. He loves them so much he rolls right over to get a belly rub. The techs are superb and when it’s time for him to go get his nails trimmed, he wags his tail and trots right off as if it’s his favorite thing. The vet is always thorough and knows just how to work with large dogs. He is unafraid of the vets office because everyone on staff cares and it shows in the way he reacts to them.

We have been taking our pets to East Hills Animal Clinic for years. The atmosphere is pleasant. Service is fantastic. Our favorite vet is Dr. Kyle. Dr. Kyle is calm, gentle, and treats all animals as if they were his own.

We love this place. Front desk staff can use some customer service training, but once you are in the room, it is night and day different experience.

East Hills became our Vet when we got our Great Danes based on a number of positive reviews from friends. They have been absolutely wonderful every time we are in there! We unfortunately had to put down our other 16 year old dog recently but East Hills had never seen him as a patient. I initially called the other Vet that we had always taken him to, only to be told that they were about to close for the day and I would have to wait. When I called East Hills as a last resort, they very compassionately welcomed us to bring him in immediately. It was an extremely situation but they were all so comforting. We even received a card signed by all the staff members about a week later in the mail giving us their condolences. I have never had a better Vet Team!!

I love the family feeling you get from everyone when you bring your pet in. It let's you know that even while your gone away from your pet they will be treated good and besides that I can tell the minute we pull up and she looks out the window, her tail starts wagging. She knows exactly where she is and is so happy to go in. That puts me at ease to leave her for grooming or visit the doc when she's ill. She knows where we are when we pull up and gets very excited. Makes it so much easier to trust them and leave her in thier care.
