This place absolutely cares for any animal that walks in the doors. My sweet kitty was having an emergency and her normal vet brushed it off and wouldn't see her. We called and even though we have never been in their office they got her in immediately and did everything they could for her with absolute care and kept me updated the whole way. We just received a card signed by all office staff along with lots of paw prints after she passed away. I will be recommending this office to everyone thank you for all you did for Minerva ❤️

This is aimed at the person that schedules the staff. Please have enough people working to handle phone calls and the appointments. I Called Saturday morning to try and schedule and appointment for my dog, I was put on hold twice and she was going to put me on hold a third time. But, I declined and hung up. Now, your staff was polite and apologetic, so I'm not upset with them. You were just understaffed for the volume of work they do on Saturday mornings.

Absolutely amazing, the ladies up front at so nice and helpful. Came from another vet out of town and was very unhappy with the other vet. This office far exceeded any expectations I had.

They saved my 13 year old cat. I was so close to losing her. I highly recommend them. Their prices are fair. I wish I could get my shelter dog in to see them for the botched work another shelter did on her, I can’t because the surgery was done at no name shelter. However, the receptionist at All Creatures was very understanding on why I wouldn’t want to go to unnamed vet and said she’ll be happy to put my dog into the system.

Had a big emergency with my cat, I called them because nobody was available anywhere else. They got me in the next morning as soon as they opened. I really appreciated what they did so did my cat,,, Fuzzybutt. Thank you all for helping me.

Doctor Gutzmer added years to my Shihtzus life, when he removed numerous teeth from her mouth at a young age...otherwise she would have had extreme dental issues. The man knows his stuff, and has had many years of experience that he puts into practice. My favorite vet in Saint Joseph by far.
