We saw one of the "Friends of the Animal Shelter" Facebook posts of a young dog that was at the shelter and fell in love. I logged onto the website and filled out an application for him and called the next day to see if we could come meet him. The staff was wonderful and informed me that we were the only ones that had an application on him so far. So, we made a plan to bring our dog up to meet him and see if we all had chemistry. When we got to the shelter it was clean and everyone was so kind and helpful. We got to meet the dog in an outside, fenced yard and let our dog be introduced as well. It worked out perfectly and we completed the paperwork to adopt our newest family member. He was healthy, current on his shots and clean. He is now home with us and we couldn't imagine life without him. If you are looking for a four legged friend, this is a wonderful place to adopt.
