Description We are a full service small animal hospital offering both wellness and illness care by appointment only. Our staff are Certified Fear Free Professionals and our hospital is a Gold Status Cat Friendly Practice. We offer high quality medicine with the safest anesthetic medications and monitoring equipment available, digital x-ray, therapy laser treatments for faster healing after surgery or trauma, ultrasound and surgical specialty services, and more. Our doctors have advanced training in dental care and we have digital dental x-ray which is vital to fully evaluate a pets mouth, especially when extractions are needed. We work by appointments only. Happy Tails always offered exceptional and prompt service, mind you they are a busy office as they have many clients, but that tells you something. We were fortunate to have them care for our cat Belle, and dog Chilly, who have since passed (RIP), but our family's history with this hospital was ALWAYS compassionate, professional, and at the end of our sweet pets lives, above and beyond the services of expected care. Our pets were taken very well care of throughout their lives at all of their vet visits and that made us always feel good as there caretakers. I highly recommend them for your family's pet needs. One day, when we are ready to think about adding another member to our family, I hope they will take us in as patients again.

Great when my cat was going there they stayed in touch and explained things . However since he has passed I been asking for medical records . I am still waiting for them after being told they will put in another request. It's been 3 months now. 😪 I still haven't got records and have been being told the same thing .

This staff is absolutely wonderful! I have lost 2 cats in the last year and they were by my side both times! Very great people. I brought my cat here to put him down but unfortunately he passed a few days before his appointment and they were so helpful and gentle with us. Then I had to put my other cat down and they went above and beyond, he was so scared and I was so sad and just snotty crying and they didnt rush me or anything. They even sent me a mold of his paw and I just want ya'll to know I ugly cried for sooo long because I was so happy because I didnt have it at the time to be able to get it done. A special shoutout to Stephanie, Bless your heart I appreciate you so much! This was all last year and now we take our new puppy Ghost here! He is healing well from his injury!

I tried my hand at working here because I liked the name. Happy Tails almost made me wag my own. The Lady in charge is super nice and tried to be supportive when I wanted to work there as a vet tech. This place has great people and great potential. Simply walk in and experience it yourself.

Doctors and staff are exceptional. Prompt call backs and available appointments are appreciated. My dog has had ultimate care. He's treated very well. My concerns are received with empathy and responded in a timely manner. Both my Boxer boys have been patients of Happy Tails for 10 years.
