Popeye got himself into a place where he had to wedge himself out and came home with a tear in the back of his neck. His vet was able to move some appointments around and see him. His paw plan covered his appointment for the day. After some antibiotics, and some love ❤️ from his staff , he climbed right into his cage to go home. He felt right at home. Thank you for taking good care of our Popeye, once again.

The front staff is fast and friendly. Dr. Behnke is wonderful and does a thorough job. Burnie had a broken tooth fixed and is recovering great.

Recently moved to the area, and was looking for a clinic comparable to the one I previously went to. I have a very nervous and anxious Australian Shepherd, and they were incredibly patient with him. They took his comfort and stress level seriously, which resulted in one of the best vet visits he's ever had. My cat was having a medical issue, in which they gave me a few different treatment options- they were supportive of the treatment options I chose (never pressured me) and followed up on any questions or concerns I had. All of the staff have always been very friendly, welcoming, and have my pet's well-being as their priority.

Vets and techs here are very kind and empathetic. They're thorough with my animals and always give me options instead of telling me what they want to do. After my rat had to be put down due to cancer, they sent me a sympathy card. They take good care of my dog. Adding to this review on March 20, 2023. Very nice new building with more room!

We have been taking our pets to Animal Care Center since the 90's when Dr Barnes was still the owner. Now we have been primarily with Dr Benke and Dr Garberson. We love them both. Recently Dr Garberson had the sad task of helping two of our pets over the rainbow bridge. She was so compassionate and caring for not only our pets but for us. She has a beautiful heart. I highly recommend Dr Garberson and Dr Benke. They work well together in collaboration for the care of our pets. Don't be surprised if it is hard to get an appointment. The clinic is very busy...for the obvious reason of the great care that is taken. The front staff is great, too!

Our older cat has trouble grooming herself, so we took her in for a haircut which can be very stressful especially for a cat. The vet technician who gave her a haircut was wonderful, and took extra time to make sure our cat was comfortable. We take our dog as well to Animal Care Center, and all the staff are so nice and welcoming. We are extremely happy with everyone there, and highly recommend this veterinarian’s office for your pet’s care.
