I appreciate what they do but the times that I’ve been there, the way they speak and treat people is very rude. I’ve been assisting my elderly mother in law in finding her perfect fit dog to adopt and staff has acted rushed and inconvenienced each time we visit. Which is so disappointing because you would think they would want and advocate for safe adoptions by making sure it was a good fit. Today’s visit resulted in the front desk staff telling my mother in law she could only see a dog if she “was sure she was going to adopt it.” So we quickly turned around and left. Unbelievable.

The worker there was nice and accepted my donation of a blanket with Grace. The dogs they had looked good and cared for but they need homes! Please see this as your sign to adopt.

Staff seem ok, but they obligate you to fill out “a very long application” to even VIEW the adoptable cats. Staff stated it would put stress on the animals if people were coming in an out (even though staff were going in and out). I would never want to put any stress on an animal if I wasn’t 100% sure so I went about my day. Just giving a heads up to others that if you wanted to check out what cats are available in person you can’t unless you’re ready to fill an application for adoption that moment..sight unseen. Makes you wonder.

I really didn't expect to find a furball to share my life with. Then I met this little kitten called, Snowball. She is healthy, well-fed and clean,well taken care of. I was able to start the adoption process through their website.

Very professional and great place to get any pet at. They come fully vaccinated, with a microchip, and neutered or spayed. They give a complimentary check up at a local vet and if your dog or pet is sick you’ll be sent home with the meds to make him or her better. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get my dog
