My bulldog was having a more than "usual" difficult breathing in the middle of the night, so we decided he needed to go to the vet. My husband took him to Banfield, where we always receive great care. He didn't have an appointment but they greeted and took him immediately!! Thank you! He is home tonight feeling better!

My husband and I are happy with this location. We just moved back from Texas to Florida. Our pup was found in Texas with many health issues that we always look for good vets to help him out. We took him to the vet on Friday and we decided on getting their plan that includes everything. For the past two years since finding him, we have spent over thousands of dollars on the health of our pup. Now the cost is almost nothing using their plan. What makes it overall the best experience is the welcoming faces of the ladies at the front and the care of the nurses and vets in this location. I really appreciate everything they do for Roscoe and I know that we will be getting their plan for our cats as well. I truly recommend everybody and any body to this location.

I was a walk in client, I heard this location was good. The staff were amazing! From Che at reception who answered all my questions, got me the next available appointment, to Anthony , the Vet technician / assistant to Dr Rodrigues, they were kind, calm, thorough, knowledgeable, gave me options and even called me the following day . I’m impressed and I will go back

I had to put my cat down very recently and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. The compassion, care and attention they gave us was wonderful and I'm so grateful to them. They made a heartbreaking experience easier. Their patience and comfort were outstanding. Huge thank you to Shelly, Dr. Rodriguez, Shay and Sabrina. I appreciate you all.

I cannot say enough good things about this location! I have a really evil cat, and one that is a sweetheart. They have always treated both with the same kindness and compassion. Both have a history of some health problems and what I love the MOST is that they always are very clear about pricing and try to solve and evaluate the problem with the least expensive option first. The staff and Doctors are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to other Banfields and they ok.. but this location is by far the best!

I'm VERY disappointed with this location. It's a shame because the doctor my dogs normally see Dr. Martuccio, who is AMAZING was not in the office. I had somewhat of an emergency and I really don't like how this NON visit went down. I drove from my job in Miami to pick up my dog in Coral Springs for this non visit. We were told my dog might be seen late, how about he wasn't seen at all. The technician, I'm not even sure she was a nurse, took my dog to the back, he got an allergy shot and she told me what the doctor said. Again, this WAS NOT a drop off visit. The only time I saw the doctor was when I was checking out, paying my $143, which I'm disputing if I'm not offered a refund, walking out going home. The doctor left before I did. I don't like Banfield in general I think they are a money making scam but I like Dr. Martuccio, who has great bed side manner. This Dr. Rodriguez character terrible. I have yet to receive a call back from the PM or whomever is in charge of client experience. Just know I'm disputelimg this with my bank, my dog DID NOT get a visit by the doctor. I didn't speak with the doctor nor did he or she have any interest in speaking with me about my dog's condition etc. I believe the only reason people visit this location is because of Dr. Martuccio.
