Came in late desperately looking to get my dog groomed and the lady stayed late after hours to take care of him, both ladies i spoke with were so nice!! Very accommodating too! my pup was very matted and they did a great job, he looks very clean, thank you so much!!

Used them many times before and never cared to look at how they actually groom dogs. but I came in early and had to wait and was watching through the window how they were grooming and noticed something very disturbing. was watching them groom an older senior dog and one of the guys was very rough and was pulling the leg of the dog very rough. one time the dog actually slipped and fell on its side. I told the girl when she walked out that the guy was being very rough with the brush and was pulling the dogs legs up way too high that the dog actually fell on its side. He also was brushing the dog with a brush so hard that the dog was putting it's head down and blinking it's eyes in fear. She said she will talk to him not to be rough but that didn't sit well with me and I will not be grooming my 2 dogs there anymore. The groomers are all younger guys and don't really care about your dogs. Beware

We have a goldendoodle who gets matted and sometimes has to be shaved down (yes we brush her but it still gets matted). This place is the only place I have taken our dog where she doesn’t come back looking like a shaved rat. They do such a great job with keeping the doodle look. I highly recommend!

Love the job they do on Lizzy, she is always beautiful after a grooming, she smells delicious as well. Staff is friendly and knows exactly how to handle her when she is skittish. I especially like the fact that she isn't caged and is free to roam. They are efficient and quick. They call when she is ready and there is never any waiting to pick her up. If you are thinking of using this groomer, hesitate no further

I went here because they were recommended. Took my doodle in, stood there for almost 15 minutes, freind was like should we leave? We were just about ready to leave before person at fest spoke to us. We told them what we wanted and left. When we picked her up we were not that happy, she didn’t smell like she was washed, her hair was uneven but went home. Once we got home we seen just how chopped up she is and returned to have it fixed the next day and also her nails were not trimmed properly . . This is what I was left with after second attempt. Uneven choppy groom. For the price I expected more. Heading back to pet supermarket.
